Adobe Unveils AI Agents for Marketing

Adobe has introduced AI agents to help marketing and experience teams improve how they work and gain better data insights. These new tools include the Product Support Agent and the Data Insights Agent, which are designed to enhance digital marketing and media operations.

Product Support Agent

The Product Support Agent is designed to offer interactive troubleshooting and case management directly from Adobe Experience Platform applications. It aims to provide self-service support and guidance, reducing workflow disruptions and the need to escalate support cases. This agent uses Adobe Support articles, product tutorials, and legal documentation to help resolve issues.

If an issue is unclear, the Product Support Agent gathers data and pre-fills support cases for user review. It also provides real-time updates for open tickets and will soon offer notifications for case status changes.

Sean Kegelman, director of digital marketing at Wegmans Food Markets, noted that the Product Support Agent is reducing the time it takes to see value from Adobe applications by streamlining time-intensive tasks.

Data Insights Agent

Adobe also announced the general availability of the Data Insights Agent, which helps users gain insights from customer data within Customer Journey Analytics. This tool allows users to query data using natural language and create visualisations in Adobe Customer Journey Analysis. It simplifies insight generation and supports iterative analysis by enabling changes to visualisations.

Lokesh Alluri, digital and marketing analytics manager at Lenovo, said that the Data Insights Agent will help their organisation find and deliver insights faster by streamlining workflows.

Adobe Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator

Both AI agents are powered by the Adobe Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator, which allows businesses to manage AI agents across Adobe and third-party systems. Adobe Experience Platform Agents are designed to work with human experts to enhance creativity and marketing execution.
