C3 AI Announces Fiscal Year 2025 Results
REDWOOD CITY, Calif.— May 28, 2025 — C3.ai, Inc. (“C3 AI,” “C3,” or the “Company”) (NYSE: AI), the Enterprise AI application software company, has announced its financial results for the fiscal fourth quarter and the full fiscal year, which ended April 30, 2025.
Thomas M. Siebel, Chairman and CEO of C3 AI, stated that the year was momentum-building for C3 AI, with a 25% year-over-year revenue increase. He added that they delivered innovations in agentic AI and grew their strategic alliances with companies like Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, and McKinsey QuantumBlack. He also noted the renewal and expansion of their agreement with Baker Hughes. Siebel said that the Enterprise AI market is moving toward AI applications, a category C3 AI created and continues to lead. He stated that C3 AI is innovating, growing, and ready to scale as AI application demand increases.

The U.S. Air Force RSO has awarded C3 AI the first task order under the new ceiling to expand efforts to new aircraft and systems.
C3 Generative AI
The C3 Generative AI business experienced growth, with revenue increasing by over 100% in FY25. This growth is expected to continue as demand increases.
