Jim Cramer stated on Tuesday that artificial intelligence remains a strong theme in the business world, noting the engagement of numerous Big Tech players with the technology.
Cramer said that the biggest tech names are dealing with AI daily, and investors who dismiss the technology risk missing gains.
According to Cramer, Tesla's AI-enabled autonomous vehicles are supporting its stock, even with sales challenges and publicity issues related to CEO Elon Musk. He believes Tesla is more powerful as a tech company than as an automaker, highlighting that Tesla buys chips from Nvidia.
Cramer stated that some on Wall Street are too cynical about Nvidia, as the company has expanded into many industries and its products are in-demand. He added that Nvidia's software arm is powerful and differentiates it from competitors.
Salesforce & AI
Cramer said that Salesforce is heavily involved with AI, noting its announced acquisition of Informatica for $8 billion on Tuesday.
Apple & AI
Cramer refuted the idea that Apple has fallen behind in AI. He expressed confidence in CEO Tim Cook, suggesting he will implement AI when the technology is more advanced, adding that Cook's priority is client satisfaction.
