Google has integrated artificial intelligence (AI) into its services, including searches, shopping, and content creation. Real estate professionals are now able to use these AI tools to connect with customers and monitor advertising effectiveness.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Google's updated services now feature AI in searches, shopping, creation and more. Real estate professionals can use these tools to reach customers and track ad success.

Google has incorporated AI into Veo 3, its new video generator; Imagen 4, for image generation; and Flow, which creates cinematic experiences from written prompts. Real estate agents can utilize these tools to enhance property visibility and listing appeal through virtual tours and other means.

According to Deloitte's 2025 State of Social report, 56% of customers have more trust in creators than traditional advertising. The report also found that customers follow more creators than brands on social networks.

Real estate professionals should focus on acting as creators by providing storytelling, a personal touch, and valuable insights to potential clients. Clients want to follow agents who are informative, genuine, and willing to share market information.

Agents should consider themselves real estate professionals with a purpose, not just a brand. They can share neighborhood stories and offer opinions on market changes.
