With Gemini 2.5, Google introduced AI Mode in Search, which is currently available in the US and delivers contextual responses. Users can also track pricing, get AI-driven summaries, and virtually try on clothes. Gemini models now power 1.5 billion AI Overviews every month in over 200 countries.
Gemini App Enhancements
The Gemini app features integrations with Gmail, Docs, Calendar, and Keep, along with Gemini Live for screen sharing and voice interactions. Agent Mode allows users to assign tasks to Gemini, while Canvas Create converts text into quizzes and infographics. Gemini is designed to be a personal assistant across devices.
