Google's AI Glasses: A Closer Look

Artificial intelligence is enabling computers to interact with faces. During a demonstration, Nishtha Bhatia and Shahram Izadi communicated in Farsi and Hindi, with glasses providing real-time English translations.
Shahram Izadi, a computer scientist, presented a new AI device being developed at Google. Izadi has a background in augmented reality and natural user interfaces and previously worked on Microsoft's Hololens AR system. He attempted a live demonstration at Google’s annual developer conference in Silicon Valley.
