Nvidia is close to becoming the world's most valuable company. Nvidia's CEO Jensen Huang highlighted four AI growth drivers during the company's latest quarterly update.
Reasoning AI
Huang spoke about reasoning AI, which solves problems step by step and is important for advancing AI agents. He mentioned a breakthrough that has led to the creation of “super agents” that utilize multiple tools to solve problems. These agents will likely be used by many companies and require more computing power, which benefits Nvidia.
Huang said that Grace Blackwell and NVL72 from Nvidia are suited for reasoning AI.
Global AI Infrastructure
Huang commended the Trump administration for reversing the AI diffusion rule that would have restricted U.S. AI chip exports. He stated that AI is becoming an important infrastructure for industries and societies globally, creating opportunities for Nvidia.
Enterprise AI
Enterprise AI involves integrating AI to improve business processes. Huang noted that enterprise AI is beginning to take off and is closely related to reasoning AI. He said that enterprise information technology includes compute, storage, and networking, all of which are critical for enterprise AI and are offered by Nvidia. This is expected to drive revenue and increase Nvidia's market cap.
Industrial AI
Industrial AI applies AI to improve industrial processes. Huang predicted that factories will incorporate AI factories to manage physical factories and power their products, including robots. Nvidia's Omniverse assists manufacturers in creating 3D simulations and digital twins for training autonomous vehicles and robots. Industrial AI could be a growth driver for Nvidia.
