PAULEY and BAE Systems have entered into a two-year collaborative agreement to integrate AI and XR into next-generation military training programs.

The companies will collaborate to leverage PAULEY's advanced immersive tech, providing military personnel with the necessary skills to operate and maintain various equipment, from fast jets to uncrewed aerial vehicles, and to prepare them for real-world operations.

Project OdySSEy Support

This agreement builds upon years of collaboration with BAE Systems, supporting their next-generation training capability known as Project OdySSEy. This single synthetic environment enables future forces to engage in collective training within a virtual world, utilizing real-world mission software and tactics.

PAULEY has used its XR expertise to create virtual representations of complex battlespaces.

Executive Perspectives

PAULEY's founder and CEO, Philip Pauley, expressed pride in working alongside BAE Systems to equip future military forces for an increasingly complex world. He noted that future military strategies emphasize technologies like AI and XR.

Lucy Walton, Head of Training for BAE Systems’ Air sector, stated that combining BAE Systems’ defence knowledge with PAULEY’s innovation allows them to provide cutting-edge training solutions and support UK industry growth.
