QWR, known for its innovative XR solutions, will contribute its intellectual property and product designs, including flagship offerings like VRone Pro, VRone Edu, and HUMBL AI Glasses. Meanwhile, Kaynes will focus on scaling up manufacturing using newly established production lines in India.
