Adobe has presented a collection of product updates designed to enhance Customer Experience Orchestration (CXO) by integrating creativity, marketing, and AI. CXO builds on Customer Experience Management by incorporating the development of customer experiences across various touchpoints and channels, along with advancements in AI. These Adobe innovations were revealed at Cannes Lions.

Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Innovations

Adobe is also updating the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) with agentic functionality. The initial capabilities are available in the AEP Agent Orchestrator, enabling businesses to create, manage, and coordinate AI agents from both Adobe and other ecosystems, including Customer Experience Language Models, Agent Operator, and Knowledge Base components. These capabilities support the Data Insights Agent and Product Support Agent.

Adobe's GenStudio innovations combine creativity, marketing, and AI to help businesses produce personalized, on-brand content at scale. New AI-powered features for video and display advertising allow businesses to develop and refine their ad creative for platforms like Amazon Ads, Google Campaign Manager 360, LinkedIn, and Meta. Adobe has also improved Firefly Services, Custom Models, and Adobe Express to simplify content creation for teams.
