L’Oréal and NVIDIA Collaborate on AI for Beauty
L’Oréal Groupe and NVIDIA are collaborating to utilize AI’s capabilities across beauty, to enable beauty experiences. The collaboration will allow L’Oréal and its partner ecosystem to use the NVIDIA AI Enterprise platform for AI development and deployment, such as scaling 3D digital rendering of L’Oréal products, for a combination of physical and generative AI.
Asmita Dubey, Chief Digital and Marketing Officer, L’Oréal Groupe, said their focus is to drive consumer engagement, with creativity and technology. Azita Martin, Vice President and General Manager Retail and CPG, NVIDIA, said that L’Oréal is bringing innovation, scalability, personalized marketing and advertising that improve consumer engagement and conversion.
AI Innovations
L’Oréal and NVIDIA are already collaborating on projects like CREAITECH, L’Oréal Groupe’s generative AI content platform, which is developing & using 3D digital rendering of L’Oréal’s products, for faster, more creative development of marketing and advertising campaigns. CREAITECH aims to scale 3D capabilities using the NVIDIA AI Enterprise platform.
Noli (“No one like I”) is an AI powered multi-brand marketplace startup, founded and backed by L’Oréal Groupe. Noli is using L'Oréal Groupe's beauty tech leadership and knowledge of beauty science and consumer insights. Noli acts as an AI Beauty Matchmaker. Noli unveils the AI Refinery, in collaboration with NVIDIA and Accenture, built with NVIDIA AI Enterprise software, and available on Microsoft Azure. For Noli, this provides the ability for experimentation and AI development to match consumer expectations, with the intention of transforming how consumers discover and shop beauty, at scale.
