PG Connects Helsinki to Host AI & Big Screen Gaming Summits

Pocket Gamer Connects Helsinki 2025 will include the Big Screen Gaming Summit and AI Gamechangers Summit as part of Finnish Games Week. This marks the 11th year for PG Connects Helsinki.

AI Gamechangers Summit

The AI Gamechangers Summit, new for 2025, will be held on October 8th. It will focus on AI innovations within the games industry, covering PC, console, mobile, XR, and web3 platforms.
The summit includes three tracks:

AI Advances

Explores the future of AI creativity in art, scriptwriting, and programming.

Future Formats

Explores the latest technologies shaping the future of games.

Practical AI

Covers the use of AI in game development.

Big Screen Gaming Summit

The Big Screen Gaming Summit will take place on October 7th. It will focus on opportunities, challenges, and trends in console, PC, XR, and web3 gaming.
The summit includes four tracks:

State of Play: PC & Console

Insights into the PC and console markets.

Distribution + Discovery

Advice on distribution services.

Extended Play: UGC & Live Service

Explores live service games and user-generated content.

Browser Breakthroughs

Examines browser gaming.

Confirmed companies attending include BLKbox, Phiture, TikTok, Appier, Sensor Tower, Stash, Xsolla, RTB House, Crazy Games, Appcharge, AppFollow, Tipalti, Supercell, Metaplay, JWR Ventures, MiTale, NORDIA Law, and Kokoon Games.

Pocket Gamer Connects Helsinki includes over 1,500 industry professionals, with 50% being C-level executives or founders and 70% being game makers. There will be over 200 speakers, an expo area, indie showcase tables, a pitching competition, a meeting system, fringe events, and a careers zone.
