Samsung Hosts 3rd Startup Summit in Noida
Samsung R&D Institute, Noida (SRI-Noida) hosted its third Startup Summit. The event showcased technologies, encouraged collaborations, and sparked innovation-focused conversations. The latest summit involved AI-first startups and global tech leaders and focused on advancements in healthcare, language models, audio deepfake detection, and extended reality (XR).
Summit Highlights
The Summit emphasized ethical AI, digital trust, and next-generation innovation through collaboration. It highlighted Samsung’s dedication to reinforcing India’s innovation ecosystem through technology partnerships, industry collaboration, and talent acceleration. The event included eight startups: Sarvam AI, Jivi AI, HealthifyMe, ValidSoft, KOGO AI, NeoDocs, EnableX and Magnimus. These startups are working with AI, immersive technologies, healthcare, and natural language processing.
These startups presented products and explored collaborations with Samsung’s R&D centers, business units, and Samsung Ventures. The startups were chosen for their innovation potential, alignment with Samsung’s vision, and ability to scale globally.
Kyungyun Roo, Managing Director of SRI-Noida, stated that the Startup Summit empowers technology leaders through upskilling, collaboration, and ecosystem engagement. He added that this year’s edition addressed challenges and enabled entrepreneurs to create globally competitive and locally relevant solutions.
Panel Discussions
A panel discussion featured startup founders and SRI-Noida leadership. The conversation covered AI agents, personalized engagement in digital health platforms, and data governance. Panelists stressed the importance of ethical AI deployment and user trust. Discussions reinforced tailored user experiences and personalized feedback to motivate behavior change and improve health outcomes.
The Summit provided a view of Samsung’s innovation network in India, encouraging collaborations, synergies, and aligning startups with technology trends. Participants appreciated the platform for conversations with Samsung experts and accelerating product development and market readiness.
