Starting in September 2025, OUTSCALE will expand its sovereign cloud (certified SecNumCloud 3.2) with “Le Chat,” Mistral AI’s multilingual assistant. Available via the OUTSCALE Marketplace, “Le Chat” brings together data, tools, and teams in a single interface, automating the generation of reports, marketing content, and code. It reduces repetitive tasks and lowers error risks. With native autoscaling, “Le Chat” adjusts its compute resources to the workload, ensuring performance and cost control. Uniquely available on a SecNumCloud 3.2-certified cloud, it provides control of the AI stack and compliance with confidentiality and security standards. Optimized for business, marketing, finance, HR, data science, and engineering, “Le Chat” combines Mistral AI’s generative power with OUTSCALE’s sovereignty to accelerate innovation, boost team agility, and preserve organizational competitiveness.

Mistral AI’s “La Plateforme”

OUTSCALE and Mistral AI are launching Mistral AI’s “La Plateforme” available through OUTSCALE Marketplace and hosted on SecNumCloud 3.2-certified sovereign infrastructure. The result of an industrial partnership between Dassault Systèmes and Mistral AI, this service provides access to a catalog of open source and “close weights” models optimized to cut GPU consumption by up to half. Enhanced with industry-specific layers such as Document AI OCR and Code Assistant, it combines the elasticity of public cloud with built-in security controls. “La Plateforme” gives companies and institutions agility to deploy and manage AI use cases. Operational as of September 2025, “La Plateforme” on OUTSCALE delivers security, performance optimization, and complete control, supported by OUTSCALE and Mistral AI experts.

OUTSCALE Kubernetes as a Service

OUTSCALE Kubernetes as a Service (OKS) offers each enterprise a dedicated and isolated Kubernetes cluster, deployable in minutes. Quantum as a Service

OUTSCALE is launching “Quantum as a Service” Europe’s first fully sovereign quantum offering with noise-free computation thanks to its built-in error correction algorithm. Available in beta starting November 2025 in OUTSCALE data centers, this “as a Service” solution allows enterprises and institutions to embrace the new paradigms of quantum algorithm development, without relying on foreign infrastructure, while enjoying 24/7 access.

OUTSCALE x PariSanté Campus

OUTSCALE and PariSanté Campus announced a partnership to support and accelerate the development of digital health startups in France and across Europe. Leveraging OUTSCALE’s cloud and AI expertise compliant with both SecNumCloud and HDS requirements, this partnership makes OUTSCALE the sovereign tech foundation for the ecosystem.
